Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

UK Delivery

We offer the following UK delivery options:

• Standard Delivery — £4.99
  Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2–3 working days after dispatch).

• Express Delivery — £5.99
  Royal Mail Tracked 24 (typically 1–2 working days after dispatch).

• FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £75.

If you need your order for a competition, event or special occasion, please leave a note at checkout or email info@equeeneequestrian.com. We'll always do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed.

European Delivery

Shipping to European destinations starts from £12.99, depending on your location.

Shipping to Ireland starts from £9.95.

Orders are typically dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent tracked delivery service.

Delivery usually takes approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, although customs processing and local delivery services may affect delivery times.

Duties & Taxes — No Surprise Charges

We ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means applicable import duties and taxes are included in the total price you pay at checkout, where our DDP service applies.

You should not be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery for orders shipped under DDP.

If you're unexpectedly contacted by a courier requesting an additional customs payment, please contact us before making payment so we can investigate.

Rest of the World

International shipping outside Europe starts from £16.50, with the final delivery charge calculated at checkout.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent tracked service.

Delivery typically takes approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

For destinations covered by our DDP shipping service, applicable import duties and taxes are included in your checkout total, so there should be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Please contact us if you receive an unexpected request for import payment.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

We carefully pack every order, but occasionally parcels may be delayed or damaged in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@equeeneequestrian.com, including your order number and photographs of the packaging or affected items where available.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch so we can investigate with the courier.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by courier delays, loss or damage.

International Returns

If you're returning an international order, please contact us or use our returns portal before sending your parcel.

Returns should be clearly identified as returned goods on any applicable customs documentation to help avoid unnecessary import charges.

International change-of-mind return postage and any applicable return customs charges are the customer's responsibility, as explained in our Returns Policy.
